We are hiring a Admission Counselor for our organization, who should have good communication skills (written and verbal), computer knowledge (specifically MS Office) and willingness to work at flexible timings.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Able to set up high goals and demonstrate willingness to perform tasks beyond the limit.

- Make enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company.

- Analyze schools requirements and provide them solutions as per their needs.

- Able to commit to complete tasks in time through a systematic & analytical approach.

Having sales acumen - to achieve targets by acquiring new clients and improving business with Present schools.

1. Good command on language English and Hindi both.

2. Self awareness of strengths and weaknesses

3. Strong Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with B2B and B2C clients

4. Capable to Orient leads to school procedures

5. Experience of working in a school setting is desired

6. Ability to multitasking

7. Comfortable using a laptop for various tasks

8. Pro-Active approach
