Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Role and Responsibilities :

- Provide personalized academic guidance and career counseling to students.

- Assess individual learning needs and create tailored plans for academic success.

- Assist students in making informed decisions about their educational and career goals.

- Coordinate with educational institutions to stay updated on course offerings and requirements.

- Foster a positive and supportive environment for students to thrive academically.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling or related roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and address the unique needs of each student.

- Familiarity with educational programs and institutions.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Environment:

Locations: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Noida

Timing: Domestic Shift

Compensation:

CTC: Up to 5 to 5.5 lpa + attractive incentives
