Summary of the Position :
1. Enrolling pupils in company-sponsored courses.
2. Answering inbound and outbound calls, as well as following up on inquiries and maintaining a database
3. Determine the student's needs and direct him or her to the best programme that meets those needs.
4. Outlining eligibility requirements, admission procedures, course structure, and course specifics
5. Ensure that the students enrolled are properly cared for.
