Qualification : Graduate
Experience required : 0 to 5 Years
Location: Cochin
Compensation : Up to 05 LPA
Requirements :
- Proven experience (0-5 Yrs) as a tele caller or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must know english and malyalam
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and calling tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Fresher, BCom, BBA, MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students & their parents by following provided guidelines.
- Introduce and promote the company's products/services to potential customers.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest.
- Handle objections and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, customer details, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance at all steps.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
