The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Assisting students to identify their academic values and goals.

- Assisting students to independently monitor their progress toward achieving their educational and career goals.

- Connecting with the students from the database provided by the company and refer them about the courses provides by us.

- Clarifying pertinent information and discussing the implications toward students- academic success.

- Being accessible and available to students to respond to their queries, questions and concerns.

- Clarifying academic policies, program requirements, procedures, and other college information.

- Counselling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with the prospects on a regular basis and converting the walk-ins into closures.

- To analyse the interests of the candidate as well as understanding his/her key skills of the candidate.

- Advising and guiding students on various career options and helping in choosing the best career option/ stream for the candidate.

- Helping students define and develop educational plans, assisting in the selection of appropriate course work and opportunities to achieve student's goals.

- Calling on the leads provided to them and fixing appointments with the Students & Parents.

- Counsel students regarding educational queries such as course and program selection, study habits, and career planning.

- Quickly understand student's profile and guide him/her for applying to the right Program.

- Keeping student requirements in mind, coordinating & maintain superb relationships within all internal/external teams.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales role, ideally within the IT Services industry or as an academic Counsellor.

- Must be good in English communication along with any one South Indian language preferably Telugu or Tamil .

- Candidate who can speak Hindi along with English can also apply.

- Must be having Laptop, Internet & Andriod phone with recording options.

- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering Professional Services is strong plus.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
