Academic Counsellor - Education (1-3 yrs)
- Build solid relationships with prospects, while managing objections, progressing and grabbing in new opportunities.
- Counsel potential Students/candidates and their guardians to explain about the programs that are provided by ImaginXP.
- Ask questions to understand Students/ candidates and guardians aspirations, interests, requirements and close the respective admissions.
- Recognize and efficiently explain the benefits of the courses and its business impact for interested leads.
- Manage relations with the candidates/ students by effective communications, drafting important emails and required associations with the new & existing candidates/ students.
- Manage enquiries, Counsel Walk-ins, telephonic, online enquiries and ensure maximum conversion of the leads.
