Academic Consultant - Sales - EduTech (1-10 yrs)
Ideal Candidate details :
- Graduate with 0.6 years - 5 years of B2C Sales/ Field Sales/ Inside Sales Experience
- Good Communication skills
- Must be Fluent in English + Local language
- Must have experience in tele-sales and field sales.
- Must have Bike
- Must be willing to work on Sunday, with Tuesday fixed off.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent benefits.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Candidates will contribute towards achieving Sales Target of the region & implementing sales promotional strategies of that particular region.
- Candidate will be required to visit and arrange demonstration activities to customer places.
- Candidate must have good presentation skills.
