Academic Consultant - Sales - Education (0-4 yrs)
- Marketing, Product and sales of personalized learning application.
- Carry out at least 3 counselling sessions/day with students and their parents at their homes.
- Explain to students how personalized learning app addresses their needs.
- Manage a portfolio of a large number of students.
- Coach and mentor new team members and help them get up-to-speed with the organization and its counselling process.
- Awareness of the subjects taught from classes 5 to 12 across various boards/curriculums globally. Sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges students face in schools/coaching classes.
- Help young people in building a career, and also serve as a support apparatus that enhances the growth of young people both as individuals and equally as professionals.
- Should have excellent communication skill in English & Hindi/ Local language
- Should have powerful convincing skills
- Should be active, capable to take initiative and target oriented
- Should have experience/knowledge about counseling
