Academic Consultant - Sales - Education (0-3 yrs)
We have urgent opening for Academic Consultant with one of our Leading Client.
Job Location : Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi
Experience : 3 Months to 2 Years
Notice Period : Immediate
Job Role - Academic Consultant
Qualification : MBA or Graduate
Job Description :
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy company Subscription as solution
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
Note :
1. Should be comfortable working on Saturday and Sunday. Mondays are week offs
2. Should have a vehicle and a valid drivers licensee.
3. Should be comfortable with extensive travelling (within city limits)
4. Should have a laptop or buy one (we will reimburse for use on a per month basis)
5. Should be an immediate joinee.
- Should be from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 college with 60% and above scores/marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation (and post graduation, if applicable)
- Should be a B.Tech graduate OR have an MBA.
- Should have minimum 3 months experience.
