Job Description :

Designation : Academic consultant

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions

- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions

- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods

- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Subscription as solution

- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue

- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)

Required Profile / Criteria :

- Excellent communication skills (English and Local Language Mandatory)

- Passionate about Sales

- Self-Motivated

- Goal Driven

- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

- Computer use competency

Compensation :

- Fixed CTC upto 4L + 20% Annual Bonus

- Best Incentives in industry (Unlimited Incentives)

- Fixed Annual Bonus: 20% of Fixed CTC

- Petrol Allowances

- Personal Laptop Reimbursements 800/- pm

- Week Off: All Tuesday & Alternate Wednesday
