Academic Advisor - Telesales - Education (1-5 yrs)
- Talk to students and parents and convince them to register for the Scholarship test
- Achieving the monthly targets.
- Report on sales activities to the Team manager.
- Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.
- Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
- Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
- Be a self-starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
- Remain knowledgeable about all organization's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
- Completing input numbers on a daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility.
- To research and analyze the customer's requirements and present the best solutions
Note- All candidates will go through 3 days training and OJT of 10 days in which they need to achieve their OJT target then only they will be eligible to work in Company. If a candidate does not achieve his/her target then He/She will only get 30% of his/her achieved target and not the salary.
Location: Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi
Shift Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (day shift)
Weekly Working Days: 6 Days
Off Days: SUN
Salary: - 15,000 to - 20,000 Monthly
Incentives: Based on Performance
Education: 12th pass mandatory
- 6 months to 5 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing or Inside Sales Executive mandatory
- Experience in Education / Training preferred
- Should be immediate joiner only
- Work from home for next 3-4 months
Age: 18 - 35 yrs
