Academic Advisor - Sales - Education (2-7 yrs)

ICE Institute is about empowering, inducing and leveraging creative film-making talent. Our eminent and professional faculty, helps students shape ideas and develop a knack for execution while gaining command over acting, direction, cinematography etc.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries & convert them to enrolments.
2) Responsible for career counselling for prospective learners and their parents.
3) Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided.
4) Counsel students regarding educational course and program selection and admission requirement.
5) Resolve student queries relating to the course.
6) Conducting Seminars/Workshops in colleges.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Prior experience of at least 2-5 years in counselling and admission of students.
2. Sales experience from education industry only. Preferred Courses includes film making, Animation, Modelling, Photography, Fashion Designing.
3. Should be experienced in Customer facing role.
4. Confident personality and good communication.
5. Preferably females.
Working days- 6 days (Roster Off)
CTC- Fixed 7LPAlpa + Incentives
