Store Manager
Looking for an energetic and driven store manager for our bespoke menswear retail store in South Delhi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be presentable and have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in made-to-measure fashion business or at least have a good understanding of customised fashion wear. Salary commensurate with the applicant's skill and experience. Candidates living close to the store and having own car/bike preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the day to day store operations.
- Assist clients through the purchase journey.
- Build customer relationships and retention through a culture of service excellence.
- Lead by example in terms of customer experience and handle customer escalations and complaints effectively.
- Report daily sales updates to the head office.
- Achieve business targets against targets set on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Be completely on top of store inventory in terms of ensuring stock availability, replenishing stock, and keeping a record of items sold.
- Ensure that In-store product presentation, window displays, and coordination of Visual & Item presentation are maintained.
