Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

- Set and track sales targets and objectives, working closely with the team to ensure they are met or exceeded.

- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Develop accurate sales forecasts, analyse data, and make recommendations to optimize sales efforts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Continuously improve the sales process, identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency.

- Manage the sales department budget, controlling expenses and allocating resources effectively.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to the executive team.

- Coordinate sales training programs to keep the team up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.

- Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.

- Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems.

- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
