- The Client Services Manager will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our services and act as liaison between the client and company.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance client satisfaction.
- We are seeking a Client Servicing Person who has experience working in professional staffing.
- The person in this role will support in achieving the Company's overall objectives for Client retention and satisfaction. She would serve as the primary point of contact for our Clients, particularly on service and support issues.
- The role is responsible for receiving client requests, delivering or supporting the delivery of responses and services within the job scope, and/or escalating requests or issues to the concerned departments as required.
- To be effective, the person handling this role must be highly organized and possess well-polished communication.
- He will regularly collaborate and coordinate with the management of client companies and with other internal Company departments to ensure consistent communication on the projects and responses.
- As meeting up Clients would be an important aspect of this role, he has to be comfortable in travelling.
