Job Description:

- The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound calls from prospective purchasers. The primary goal is to convert calls into successful sales. The role will also include managing client relationship post-sale.

- Carry out Primary and Secondary research on the identified/ focus client accounts and prospects.

- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations o Excellent organizational and time management skills o Hands-on problem solving approach with available resources

- Research and find the right Executive (with need and the right level of authority) or/ Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and implement outreach techniques to generate service awareness.

- Work as a Sales Representative and set up appointments completing all background information/successfully qualify leads to drive sales.

- Work on campaigns (telecalling/sms-blast/mass-mailing) and timely follow-ups accurately manage and track customer data and interactions. Be the Knowledge custodian for the responsible accounts.

- Update database with the correct contact information and roles/ responsibilities/ org chart for prospects

- Follow up after sales for customer feedback communicate the team to assist in further improvement

- Build strategic relationships to achieve referrals, grow existing business, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Develop and manage a sales ready pipeline in both existing and new market verticals through online and offline business strategies.

- Research new signups (using LinkedIn etc.), qualify potential leads and build a sales pipeline

- Ensure CRM updates and Contribute to product/marketing strategy, sales forecasts

- Guide and lead other members in the inbound sales team

- Ability to work as part of a team, contribute and share best practices, knowledge, resources and ideas o Excellent communication etiquette over phone/email o Tech savvy and proficient in using Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel

- Critical thinking and numerical skills to provide insightful recommendations for customers and internal teams

- Ability to forecast sales, generate sales reports, identify and explain any variance from targets.

Skills Required:

- Excellent Presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, policies and procedures within the data storage and database management

- Experience in lead nurturing and lead generation

- Strong Internet research skills required

- Well versed in MS Excel and Power-point

- Ability to comprehend ABI's product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects

- Understanding of the sales cycle.

- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team

- Highly organized and attentive to detail

- Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities

- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload

- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Work Experience:

- Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in the Inside Sales / Telesales process specifically into the IT Software Products with sales track record

Qualification:

- Masters Degree in Sales/ Marketing from a reputed Institution/University or equivalent

- BA/B.com/B.Sc/BBA/BMS from a reputed Institution/University or equivalent.
