Aaxis Nano - Tender/Proposal Role (2-5 yrs)
- Knowledge understanding in the field of TENDERING BIDDING (online and offline).
- Well Versed in tender analysis, bidding strategy and commercials.
- Knowledge of E-Tendering.
- Knowledge of prepare checklist of documents needed for the Tender.
- To collect all required documents and information for preparation of Tender to be submitted.
- To ensure timely submission/uploading of the Tender Documents / Price Bids.
- To provide additional information/documents required, if any, after opening of the Technical Bids.
- Arranging documents as per Tender Requirement.
- Knowledge in Preparation of Tenders Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders.
- Tender Searching from various websites and identify tenders which may be of interest to the Company.
- Should have worked for Government Bidding
- Knowledge of all related tenders with Govt.Depts.
- Day to day liaison with Government counterparts of the project at local level,good relation with govt agencies to coordinate get approvals, Collect information, data and documents relevant to specific activities.
- Searching the Tenders: Daily search the Tenders for our scope of work from many Govt. Organizations, Tender providing Agency Websites.
- Followup for tender payments in various government organization
