Aarya Fashion - Executive - Digital/Performance Marketing (2-4 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly ambitious & hard working, Digital Marketing Executive to manage, scale and optimsie digital marketing campaigns for our ecommerce platform.
- The candidate should be well versed with performance marketing across Google Ads, Facebook (and Instagram) Paid Ads, Bing Ads. He/She should be good at all relevant performance metrics such as CTRs, CPA, CPCs, LTV, ROI/ROAS,etc. and how to optimize all of them.
Job Description :
- Setup, optimize and scale digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and Bing Ads
- Runs various performance marketing campaigns across search, display and social media platforms
- Measures, report and optimize campaigns across various key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, etc.
- Setup and run various retargeting campaigns across user funnels
- daily reporting of campaigns and metrics across all the platforms
- Run A/b split and various other multivariate tests to identify best performing campaigns
- Run email, SMS, Whatsapp marketing campaigns to drive reach, engagement and conversions
Candidate profile :
- 2-4 years of digital marketing experience in performance marketing
- Should have run high scale campaigns from preferably apparel industry or ecommerce platforms
- should be well versed with Google Analytics, Pixel implementations, Conversion funnel optimization, Google shopping Ads, Facebook shopping ads, shopping feeds, etc.
- Should be great at excel, PowerPoint and word
