There are a lot of negotiations, compromises, and running around - right from paint selection, finalizing the shades, and patterns to finding a painter to getting a quality job done on time and within the budget. Interestingly, all these steps are parallel, connected in series with the actual painting job. The idea of Aapka Painter is rooted in removing the pain from painting. Plan, pre-review, and paint. We also believe in designing each house rather than just painting with any color.

We are looking for Waterproofing Sales executive (Field) with go getter attitude. It's an executive's job to make sure AapkaPainter's operations are running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

This position is responsible for basement and crawl space waterproofing inspections, design services, and sales. Leads are generated by the company with additional opportunities via your ability to network and self generate leads.


 The ideal candidate will have to :

- Perform in-home inspections, diagnose basement waterproofing, foundation repair, & crawlspace issues

- Provide homeowners with basement waterproofing, foundation, & crawlspace solutions & the information to make an informed decision

- Gain customer agreement to move forward with the project

- Continually improve in executing the sales process

- Meeting With Dealers & Waterproofing Applicators For Generating Leads For Waterproofing Bring a positive attitude

- Conduct business activities under Channel and Project Sales (Company owned depots to dealers to end users)

- Create awareness on Innovation & Patented Technology based waterproofing products

- Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states

- Visit Architects, Interior Decorators and Developers for increasing awareness of waterproofing products and paints all appointments& opportunities.

- Pro - Active And Self Starter With Passion For Selling And Target Oriented Backed Up By Achievements In His

Assignments Should Generate The Leads For Waterproofing And Convert To Order

Required Skills :

1.Should Have Knowledge of Waterproofing Chemicals and Its Applications

2.Should Have strong communication skills

3.Should Have the Thorough Knowledge of Sales Channels of Distributor In related to water proofing.

Qualifications and educational requirements:

1. Minimum of 2-3years of sales experience in waterproofing

2. Understanding of technical aspects of waterproofing work performed.

3. Graduates Preferred

4. Sales Experience Preferred

Working conditions : 

1. Have reliable transportation and willing to travel to job sites across the GTA on a daily basis

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team
