Role :
- Understanding the category and the business inside-out. This involves understanding the customers, partners, and competitors.
- The Category Manager is the sole owner of all aspects of business related to that category. Whether that is managing supply, ensuring quality and engagement of supply, or offering a seamless customer experience.
- We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, an ambitious vision, creative thinking, and the ability to do multi-tasking.
In a nutshell, your role would entail :
- End to end ownership of B2B category
- Institutionalize service delivery norms and processes for the category
- Work with the product team to create a great user experience for that category
- Work with the marketing team to generate customer requests in that category.
- Coordinate with business heads over phone/email for initiating and closing the business
- Be proactive
Job Requirements :
- 3+ years experience in B2B Industry
- Any graduate
- Strong Technical Knowledge and experience in project management
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership DNA
- Enthusiasm to work in a start-up environment
