Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet company goals.
- Liaise between clients and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
- Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

Educational qualification - Any Graduate.
- Candidate with 2-4 years of experience.
- Understanding of end-to-end operations activities flow cycle.
- Continuous improvement mindset and experience in streamlining business operations processes.
- Good communication and ability to manage ground operations.
- Candidates having experience in client-facing roles preferred.
