We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Coordinator proficient in building relationships, managing campaigns, and delivering measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will excel in overseeing influencers, orchestrating successful collaborations, and managing campaigns encompassing both barter and paid partnerships.

Job Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary liaison for influencers and content creators, fostering relationships and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.

- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, leveraging both barter and paid partnerships.

- Identify and onboard influencers and content creators resonating with the brand's target audience and values.

- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and compensation terms with influencers, ensuring equitable and mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer initiatives into overall marketing campaigns.

- Manage end-to-end campaign logistics, including content briefs, approvals, timelines, and deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines.

- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and optimization recommendations.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing, fostering internal innovation.

- Cultivate and expand a network of influencer relationships, exploring new collaboration opportunities.

- Handle influencer communication, inquiries, and troubleshooting during campaign cycles with professionalism and responsiveness.

Job Requirements :

- Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing, demonstrating successful campaign management.

- Strong grasp of influencer marketing principles, social media platforms, and industry trends, prioritizing authentic connections and measurable results.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with influencers and brand partners.

- Proficient project management abilities, multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
