Responsibilities :

- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.

- Generate good high value qualified leads every month.

- Build and nurture prospect relationships with key decision makers by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualification in order to move opportunities into the sales funnel.

- Managing the sales pipeline.

- Proactively identify new market opportunities.

Qualifications :

- 2+ years- of B2B sales or account management experience in the IT industry.

- Good communication skills- verbal/written

- Must have skills- Self-Starter and a good team player with a penchant for learning and experimenting.

- Bonus Points- Prior sales experience in IT staffing industry.
