91Ninjas - Executive - Performance Marketing (1-2 yrs)
We at 91Ninjas are looking for a performance marketing executive with at least 1-2 years of domain experience. This is an individual contributor role where the person will manage multiple client accounts across Google, FB, LinkedIn. The role is currently remote given the
Covid situation but once things get better the candidate should be willing to move to Bangalore.
We are looking for someone who is equally passionate about communication and data, is a thorough believer of validating by experimentation, and is constantly on the lookout for innovative ways to acquire customers across the globe. Create monthly/annual digital marketing plans and lead forecasts.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Create a strong performance marketing execution plan
- Develop and manage digital ad campaigns and remarketing campaigns
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels (mainly Google, Facebook and LinkedIn) to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
- Ensuring successful execution and optimization for key KPIs via paid media
Ideal Candidate :
- A minimum of 1 year experience managing performance marketing in a marketing agency, or experience in running and managing performance marketing for a B2B brand.
- Hands on experience in Google ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads and also familiar with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, SEMRush.
- Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects
