JD:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital space.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and display advertising.

2. Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including website, social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.

3. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

4. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to enhance the company's online presence.

7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility and traffic.

8. Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, including content scheduling, community engagement, and reputation management.

9. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution, lead nurturing, and email marketing efforts.

10. Develop and maintain digital marketing dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.

11. Continuously evaluate and optimize digital marketing strategies and tactics to drive maximum ROI and achieve business goals.
