Job Description:

- Efficiently prospect new clients through effective communication and develop good customer relationship with high consumer satisfaction.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to communicate confidently with business leaders.

- Ability to express ones opinions clearly to other team members and ability to be a great listener to comprehend and fully appreciate the issues at hands.

- Strong analytical skills and capability to work with strong leadership skills in project environment and familiar with strategic analyses frameworks and financial analyses techniques.

- Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially power point and excel and familiarity with key research databases

- Willing to travel aboard on long term engagements.

- Team player with an ability to work in challenging situations.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.

2) Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct phone calls) to prospects.

3) Develop ideas for direct sales call, maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual support.

4) Take care of the client renewals.

Skill Required : 

1) Hands on MS office and MS Excel.

2) Strong understanding of consumer behavior particularly in the digital/online space.

3) Confident communication, interpersonal skills with excellent English.

4) Quick learner and ability to multitask.

5) Knowledge of International market preferred.

6) Experience in working on Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM).

7) Effective Team Player Desired Skills.
