Job description - Sales Executive

Overview

The Sales Executives are tasked with developing new growth opportunities and insuring proper maintenance of existing accounts within a specific territory or region. These positions work very closely with internal operations to insure the highest quality of service provided to each client. They participate in weekly meetings to cohesively join operations to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

- Development of new growth opportunities.

- Partner Onboarding & Retention

- Achieve Weekly / Monthly sales targets within company standards.

- Conduct marketing activities in the assigned territory / region

- Maintain proper ROI of all marketing activities

- Maintain an existing base of clients.

- To comply with all policies and procedures of the company.

- Follow up on a timely basis to all client and employee requests.

- Insure proper documentation and closures of loop are accurately done.

- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external employees.

Qualifications

Education: BB / MBA degree in Business Management and or Marketing preferred but not mandatory

Experience:

- Minimum 2+ years medical/laboratory sales experience with proven track record-preferably in pathology labs is preferred, but a highly motivated individual can also apply.

- Excellent communication skills at all business levels

- Superior presentation and influential skills a must

- Well-organized, ability to self-manage and maintain a professional, tactful stance at all times, polished appearance

- Willing to travel

Skills: The ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. Must pose the skill set to negotiate.
