Role Overview

- We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative, who can navigate the multifaceted realm of security and related AI-driven solutions. Our platform, empowered by AI cameras, guards and remote monitoring, extends beyond traditional security to cater to a myriad of applications across various industries.


- The ideal candidate should not only possess a robust track record in pre-sales or lead generation but should also resonate with our commitment to leveraging technology for comprehensive safety, security, and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other sales tools - Linkedin Navigator, Lusa, Mr. E etc.

Conducting Research: Understand customers' needs, pain points, and challenges, and tailor 56 sales pitches accordingly.

Lead Qualification : Do Outbound Calls and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.

Appointment Scheduling : Set up appointments and product demonstrations for the Field sales team with qualified prospects.

CRM Management : Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM Tool

Targets Management : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.

- Stay updated on 56 Secure's product offerings and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

- 2-6 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in tools like Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo etc. for effective lead identification and outreach.

- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot) and MS Office.

- Excellent communication(Verbal & Written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed lead generation and qualification targets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Self-driven, motivated, and result-oriented.

- PG/UG degree in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing or relevant field.
