Job Duties and responsibilities :
- Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential markets.
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.
- Develop quotes and proposals.
- Write reports and provide feedback to higher management.
- Work directly with the founders of the company and develop key sales strategies and techniques for higher results.
Key skills :
- Strong communication skills and soft spoken.
- Should be ready to make 50 to 60 calls per day.
- Creative and problem solving ability.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organization.
- Socially adept.
