3CA Inc - Inside Sales Role (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential customers on phone to inform them about Real Estate projects using scripts
- Understanding and Verifying the requirement of prospect customers
- Providing them right solutions and real estate projects matching their requirement
- Provide support to Field Sales Managers
- Entering information about the calls in LMS accurately and timely
- Go EXTRA Mile to convert the query in sales
Requirement
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
