- Location: Mumbai/Delhi NCR/Bangalore/Kolkata

Job Description :

- Reporting to the Regional Sales Head


Responsibilities:


- Handling the sales force (frontline sales)

- Achieving Sales Targets & Budgeting.

- Responsible for own Profit and Loss Account.

- Building a strong relationship with all A and B Category Developers.

- Handling HNI and Ultra HNI portfolio who are interested in investing in real estate.

- Coordinating with Head Office & Works for operations related issues on day to day basis.

- Regular meetings with key clients for Generation of Business with the help of Annual Rate Contracts, Standardization of products, Relationship maintenance, Complaint handling & resolutions.

- Site visits along with Live Demo's to make the client understand the need of our products and their usage.

- Managing the Developers across the region along with generating new Client within the territory.

- Managing the payments with the help of Collection Executive from Builders / Developers

- Regular review of team on the set parameters. To have monthly meeting at RO level

- Deciding strategies to enhance the sales, new product to be introduced,

- Price revisions & Schemes on the existing product range

- Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office. Sales managers may perform administrative duties and issue supplies or equipment when needed. Occasionally they attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.
