SEO & SEM Specialist


Search Engine Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM) will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing company's and client's overall SEO & SEM strategy. The specialist will cover a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy. 


Key Responsibilities : 


- Plan, develop and implement our SEO & SEM strategy

- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization

- Identify key SEO KPIs

- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs

- Manage all Campaigns across all Search Engines

- Extensive Keyword Research, Expansion & Optimization and Strategy Development For SEO/SEM

- Responsible for managing all SEO activities such as website architecture, content strategy, link building & keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search engine

- Display & Re-marketing Campaigns Knowledge

- Good Google Analytics and Goal Setup Knowledge

- Monitoring the success of campaigns using various reporting tools

- Analyzing campaign metrics/data and providing interpretation and suggestions for improving performance to the Team

- Conducting A/B testing across ads and landing page

- Adwords/Bing Certification is a plus ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills

- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

- Research and analyze competitor advertising links

- Proven success in link building and viral strategies

Required Candidate profile : 


- 1-3 years of experience in handling clients for a digital agency

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- A natural proclivity to formulate on-the-go strategies while managing the account

- Proven SEO experience

- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google

- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

- In-depth experience with website analytics tools

- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
