Key responsibilities :
- Improve key product engagement, conversion and retention metrics over time
- Identify opportunities for product-led growth
- Identify and source ideas to exploit identified opportunities
- Prioritize the identified ideas basis effort and impact estimation
- Work with product & engineering teams to implement prioritized ideas at a high tempo
- Monitor experiment results and iterate quickly
The ideal candidate :
- Has demonstrated a proven ability at achieving outcome growth results
- Is comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Can meet aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision
- Is comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Is analytically strong
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or product management
- Has a working knowledge of marketing and analytics tools like SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Apsalar, Clevertap etc.
