- Drive sales through the engagement of retailers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Make sure that your store meets the sales target
- Dissemination of Running promotions or any update to retailers
- Handle retailer questions and resolve customer service issues
- Provide superior retail service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction
- Learn retailers needs and wants and personalize purchase opportunities to address them
- Work as a team player, upholding company policies in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment
