1K Kirana Bazaar - Area Manager - Sales (0-5 yrs)
- Handling overall Revenue of 50-60 Retail Stores and leading 3-4 TSM's.
- Responsible for the increase in the sales in the respective region.
- Ensure Achievement of Sales Targets Defined.
- Manage the sales growth along with his team for the respective territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to make sure business partners are satisfied with the services and follow all the operational SOPs, competitor analysis, marketing activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory.
- Budgeting and forecasting sales, preparing reports and plan, ensuring timely collection.
- Reporting of ASM will be to RSM.
