The first stop in our Product development roadmap focuses on Amazon and to provide a product and services approach to help clients maximize their revenue or increase their marketing efficiencies on Amazon.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- You will be the face to the client on a daily basis and will work with the Internal Amazon PPC teams and other internal teams be it Technology or Creative and will be the single point of contact for the client

- You are an internal and external trouble shooter who needs to proactively discover the needs of the client and align these with internal resources

- You have to continually pick up cues from the client and take their formal feedback to ensure that our delivery exceeds their expectations

- Assist in resolving clients- issues/problems by listening closely to their needs and business objectives and proffering solutions effective for satisfactory resolution

- Provide clients with regular update and periodic statements to keep them abreast on changes in trends

- Provide detailed explanations of service features to clients to aid their decisions on choice

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of experience in a customer facing role at a top tier Digital Marketing Services company

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers

- Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills

- Should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls
