12th Wonder Research - Executive - Inside Sales (0-4 yrs)
Requirements and skills
- Proven inside sales experience US region.
- 2-3 years of inside sales experience in a software/ BPM Co.
- Good understanding of Automation - RPA would be advantageous
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Graduate with sound technical knowledge
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers targeting US region to schedule high quality leads for sales. Identify customer's needs clarify information, research every issue to provide resolution.
- Own the plan and strategies for expanding sales in your designated markets and collaborate with other sales leaders to meet the overall company goals.
- Co-ordinate for contract finalization and legal approval- s
- Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitor's behavior.
- Work in sync with the product development team and development team and develop sustainable and commercially viable products.
- Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.
- Analyses and provides support to deals in the pipeline where needed.
