10times - Client Servicing/Sales Role (1-4 yrs)
10Times is looking for an ambitious and assertive Customer Success Professional to partner with a portfolio of our customers and help deliver a world-class service experience and campaign execution. . The ideal candidate is aware of the current market trends within the category, customer and consumer behaviour and is an early adopter of technology.
The Job Definition
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customers and own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor net retention key performance indicators and customer health.
- Serve as a product expert on use cases and provide guidance on strategies and best practices on how to optimize 10Times usage.
- Interface and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive towards customer goals and be the voice of the customer to provide visibility and/or escalations.
- Provide excellent/prompt customer service to ensure client delight and minimal churn.
- Keep a customer centric approach after sales calls, follow the set protocol with the objective to build long lasting relationships with the customer.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Actively shares - Voice of Customer- with relevant teams to support process improvement and product enhancement.
- Act as a buddy to support and guide new joinees.
What are we looking for?
- Comfortable to work in the day / evening shift as per the assigned region (If it's for US team: 6 pm to 3 am).
- Strong ethical practices for client servicing.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or client servicing (preferably in the international market).
- Effective communicator and negotiator with strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational ability.
