1. Recruit, train Point of Sale Person and generate business through them in the assigned Location/Region.
2. Responsible for Onboarding & tracking activation of the same regularly.
3. Business Development in Life/Health/General Insurance.
- Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 1-5 years
Qualification : Graduation (Any stream)
Age Criteria : 23yrs to 38 yrs.
Industry : General Insurance (Agency), Life Insurance (Agency), Health Insurance Finance/Banking
- Insurance Broking Background would be an added advantage
