- Manager - Client Relationship - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are hiring for the insurance Sector for MP Location.
- Lead & manage sales team with campaign planning, targeted list building, outbound campaigning through calls, pre-sales & business analysts.
- Drive the Proposal making, qualifying leads, negotiation, etc.
- Develop Strategic and Key accounts to Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Revenue Growth.
- Ability to forge partnerships & strategic alliances for long-term association contributing to sustained growth & revenues for the company.
- Create cross-functional collaboration with Delivery managers, Project managers & Business analysts & Technical architects.
- Track industry trends, competition activities, and best practices.
- To give knowledge about a new and existing product
- To build good and healthy relationships with customers and clients
- Maintain long term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Effectively create value selling in business negotiations
- Identify new opportunities to leverage business and relationships
Candidates Profile :
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local of the same city
