Job Role of Zonal Manager - Chennai (Reporting to VP sales)

- Achieve Profit Targets for the cluster of Branches in the Zone

- Achieving sales targets set for the region by ensuring 100% compliance.

- Handling a team of Sales, Credit and Operations.

- Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and minimal attrition.

- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of his existing and newly appointed team members. Also ensuring they are given a constructive feedback which sums up to the development and growth.

- Ensuring the delinquency ratio stays downbeat for his portfolio.

- Assessing training needs to accelerate his team's performance.

- Ensuring market penetration is accomplished every month.

- Identifying upcoming markets and setting up operations in that market.

- Effective operations, team management and excellent relationship skills to be displayed.

- Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with the product team.

JOB ROLE OF CITY MANAGER :

- Candidate will be responsible for achieving Sales Target of the region & implementing sales promotional strategies of that particular region.

- To prepare and plan and carry out extensive analysis on the assigned markets, meet customers directly and nurture the accounts with a goal of student enrolment on our program.

- Candidate will be responsible for the managing, hiring and maintaining the team for producing results.

- Candidate will be responsible for complete cost and revenue centre allocated to him/her within the territory.

- If required, candidate must be visiting and arranging activities in various schools and coaching, for purposes of revenue generation and lead sourcing

- Candidate must have excellent presentation skills.

- Candidate will be responsible for the development of Affiliates, dealers and franchisees business or any other revenue channels.

- To coordinate with clients for feedback. To implement feedback received on a training program and coordinating with the training division for improvisation.
