We are looking for Sales professionals in Noida with the following requirements-:

- Any Graduate/Post graduate candidates are preferred.

- Conveyance Must.

- Good Communication, Presentation, Selling and Convincing Skills.

- Must be a street smart and out of the box thinker.

Job Account abilities :

- Direct sales of residential & commercial properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available property.

- Generation of new leads by distinguishing direct mails to the prospective customers.

- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets &maximizing new business development opportunities.

- Overseeing a sales team & Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

- Establish and Maintain relationship with high value clients and providing required solutions for their financial and investment needs.

- Ensuring Channel Development, through retail distributors & Channel partners and daily monitoring & follow up process for driving sales through the Channel Partners, Brokers or Freelancers.

- Achieving sales targets as per designated budgets using market intelligence.

- Providing Support to the Sales Team by conducting ATL/BTL activities for lead generation.

Implementing innovative ideas for lead generation.

- Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning the selling and the marketing strategies

- Convert prospects to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow-up to ensure best service.

- Responsible for handling queries related to site.

- Strong networking with customers for Sales and further reference for sale.

- Must be able to do self-sourcing.

- Fresher's may also apply.
