Unit Manager - Mutual Fund Sales (0-3 yrs)
Looking for Unit Manager for Leading brand in AMC industry
Role : Unit Manager
Reporting To : Branch Manager
Minimum 1 YEAR of exp in BFSI or NBFC Sector Preferably Mutual Funds
Job Role :
Mapping of Independent Financial Advisors / Agents / Distributors
- Initiate and Maintain personal contact with allocated distributors.
- To increase our market share / book size
- Ensure to meet or exceed the sales target in order to generate revenue through IFAs
- Motivating Distributors & Coaching to increase the market share
- Identifying / Mentoring & empanelment of new IFAs in the system
- Maintain good rapport with IFAs
- Provide Information about HDFC MF schemes & promote HDFC MF Schemes.
- Organize events / Help organize events for distributors.
- Convey distributor requests for information or servicing requirements to Branch Manager
