Experience in Inbound sales or able to handle customer's query and can convert query into orders.
Should be confident and have convincing skills.
Basic Knowledge of computer and ready to learn new things.
Identify, generate, propose and close sales opportunities for Company's product and service solutions over the phone.
Answer/respond to customers inbound questions; maintain CRM tool with accurate data.
Work in a team environment.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required
Excellent written, oral and listening skills required.
Strong business understanding.
Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers.
No leaves for 6 Months excluding Week offs.
Comfortable for Noida Location.
Shift Timings :- Shift 1 ( 7 am - 4 pm) ; Shift (1.30pm - 10.30pm) (No Cab Facility)
