Tracxn (www.tracxn.com) is a Bangalore based product company providing a research and deal sourcing platform for Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corp. Dev. and professionals working around the startup ecosystem.

We are a team of 400+ working professionals serving customers across the globe. Our clients include funds like Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, NEA, tech giants like SAP and educational institutes like Stanford, IIMA and corporate giants like Nestle, Standard Chartered and Samsung.

Position :

As an Account Manager, you will be focusing on customer engagement, retention, and value expansion and making customers as profitable and productive as possible, focus. Build more value for the company and the customer. Collect, analyse and then use data to make the customers experience of the company a seamless and productive experience.

Key responsibilities :

- Account Management

- Effective onboarding of customers post closure from the sales team

- Drive introduction / onboarding to the platform, ensure effective usage by clients by handling queries, setting up demos

- Understanding the requirement of the customer from time to time and helping them with best methods to use platform effectively

- Coordinate with internal teams for various customer requirements / use cases and driving resolutions from within the company

- Gather and use the data from every interaction to move your team out of reactive mode and into far more effective proactive stances

- Building Engagement

- Drive engagement with customer and focus on increased usage

- Creating awareness within Customer for different product features and new features being added for enhanced value addition to the customers

- Understand areas where customers require help and address the same

- Understand customer use case and effectively handle customer related issues

Who are we looking for :

- Undergraduate in any discipline

- 1-3 years of experience in B2B customer facing role (experience in Account Management/ Customer Success/ Post - Sales Support is a plus but not mandatory)

- Exceptional business and analytical skills and ability to run entire customer engagement cycle independently

- Willingness to work in the Americas Shift (6 p.m. to 3 a.m IST / Midnight to 8 am IST)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
