Telecalling Executive

Required Skills:

Make calls for project information to promoters, contractors and government officials etc.

Analysis of calls done by team members on daily basis and provide feedback to members and required training.

Maintain data and make report.

Handle query calls raised by clients.

Ensure to reach goals by delegating tasks to members, including yourself.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduates in any field

One to two year of experience in either attending calls from customers or solving their queries and also making calls to potential customers

Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and convincing power.

Fluent in English and any one regional language

Basic computer skills

Should be able to work with a Team and adhere to the targets set
