Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Convincing Clients for Visits and appointments
- Taking care of Calls (Incoming & Outgoing)and maintain the call register
- Giving details about Company
- Sending Mails and Messages to the clients
- Good in customer relationship management
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Lead generations through phone calling
- Update calls report with 100% accuracy.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Should have excellent communication skills and convincing power.
- Fluent in English, Hindi Kanada.
- Good at Computers.
- Accuracy in number
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Education - Any Graduate
Functional Area: Marketing/Sales
Experience - 1-3 yrs
