Sales/ Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

2. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

3. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

4. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

5. Participate in pricing the solution/service.

6. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

7. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

8. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

9. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

Requirements

1. Successful Selling Enterprise Software Solution or Services in Financial (BFSI) Industry with minimum 5 yrs

2. Experience in Pre- Sales is necessary (Building Proposal, Making Presentation etc)

3. Job involves local travelling within Mumbai and in India and Overseas Travel

4. Overseas Experience of Selling in Emerging Market will be an advantage

5. Understand Software Development Methodology

6. B.E/ B.Tech with MBA (optional)
