1. Experience in Inbound Process
2. Excellent sales knowledge of Operating systems like Microsoft & Apple Operating System
3. Handling Pop up Calls, troubleshooting technical issues related to computers
4. Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers
5. Managing call for USA & Canada
6. Good with sales conversion
Salary: 10k In Hand + Unlimited Performance Based Incentives upto 50,000
Office Timings: 8PM to 5AM (8hours shift + one hour break); Sundays fixed off
