Team Supervisor - Customer Service - eCommerce BPO (5-10 yrs)
We are hiring for well known eCommerce industry for Hyderabad location.
5+ years of experience in backened operations (voice,chat or email)
Experience in Customer Service
Should have Team Handling exp on papers of at least 1.5-2 Years
Should be working as a Team Leader
Should have a span of control of around 15-20 people
Rotational shift timings
- Candidates working in operations role in finance,supply chain,procurement & quality process would not be eligible for this role.
